Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients (4 people):
500 gr.large peeled shrimp
1 fresh pineapple

15 cl. orange juice
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of sugar

Cut the pineapple into cubes  and marinade with shrimps for, at least, two hours.
Thread shrimp onto the brochettes, alternating with small cubes of pineapple.
Mix the remaining pineapple and marinade ingredients in the mixer.
Put the puree in a saucepan and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Prepare the brochettes on the grill. Decorate the brochettes with the sauce.

Ingredients (4 people):
1 orange
2 eggs
30 gr. of sugar
30 gr. cornflour
30 gr. of butter
1/2 packet of yeast
150 gr. fondant chocolate

Wash orange, grate the skin, squeezing orange and dissolve the yeast in the juice. Beat with electric rods the eggs with sugar, add the cornflour, the yeast with juice and the orange zest.

Chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl with butter and a tablespoon of water, cover with plastic film, pierce it and introduce in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 50% power.

Mix fondant chocolate with the dough until it is completely united, pour into a plastic mold and bake uncovered in the microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients (4 people):
4 apple
1 orange
4 tablespoon of orange marmalade
30g butter
4 sheets of puff pastry

Preheat oven (200 °C)
Cut the orange in half, squeeze and reserve orange peels. Empty apples and place them on a baking tray.
Sprinkle orange juice, spreads butter on apples and put them in the oven for 30 minutes.
10 minutes before end of cooking apples, fill the center of the apples with orange marmalade and sprinkle with the sauce of the tray.

Take out of the oven and leave it to cool.

During that time, prepare sheets of puff pastry and fold them in two, place orange peels and apples the middle and close the sheet of puff pastry around it.

Put again in the oven at 180 °. Serve hot.
