Ingredients (2 persons):

1 can of condensed milk

1 can of cream

1 can of evaporated milk

juice of three large lemons

2 packets of biscuits

1 cup of milk

preparation:

Pour into the glass of the mixer three cans of milk, a cup of milk and beat well. Then open the

small lid of the mixer and slowly, stirring constantly, add lemon juice until it thickens. The cream

should respond with a mayonnaise consistency.

In a tray, you go alternating a layer of cream with biscuits, ending with a layer of cream. You

can garnish with lemon zest.

Let rest in the fridge for three hours.

Ingredients (2 people):

1 Sea bream of 500 gr ( in fillets)

100 gr. of white onions

1 spoon of powdered ginger

1 lemon juice

2 spoons of olive oil

salt

dill

Preparation:

Mix well the lemon juice, ginger powder and olive oil.

Cut the fillets into squares and incorporate it in the sauce.

Leave to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Then mix everything, add the chopped white onions and serve with dill.
