Ingredients (1 serving):

- 100 g of fennel (raw)

- 1 red grapefruit

Preparation:

Wash and chop fennel. Put it in the mixer bowl and incorporate grapefruit juice. Beat for about

30 seconds, at low power. Taste and correct the salt.

Variants: all fruits and vegetables containing water, such as cucumber, tomato and melon, are

perfect for this kind of soups. Try a mix of melon, tomato and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.

300 g of guacamole

1 grapefruit

350 g of crab (canned)

50 g of crushed nuts

2 onions

2 teaspoons chopped dill

lemon juice

Preparation:

Peel grapefruit and dice into large cubes.

Place it In a bowl the crab, 50 g of crushed nuts, pieces of grapefruit, 2 onions, 2 teaspoons

chopped dill and a splash of lemon juice.

Present in four cups, alternating layers of guacamole and crab.

Garnish with a thin slice of lime. Serve cold.
