Ingredients (4 people):

4 clementines

1 orange

5 tablespoons of sugar

4 egg whites

400g white cheese 0% fat

2 tablespoons of ginger

1 green lemon

Mint leaves


Peel the clementines removing white skin, split them into quarters and place in a bowl.

Squeeze orange and lemon and add sugar and grated ginger. In a saucepan, bring to the boil

and let reduce for 5 minutes.

Pour the juice over clementines and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Sttifly beat egg whites and mix with white cheese and leave 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Take a dish and decorate with the 2 preparations, white cheese mousse and clementines.

Garnish with mint leaves.
